Flat-fee pricing, published

Most auditors put pricing behind a contact form. We publish ours, because a fee that moves from client to client is hard to square with independence.

Scope your tools

Payment in full before work begins. Card or ACH. Purchase orders accepted where your process requires one. Five business day turnaround from receipt of clean data.

Fees are fixed and unrelated to the findings

You pay the same amount whether every impact ratio clears 0.80 or none of them do. Our compensation does not vary with the opinion rendered, is not contingent on the audit results, and is not tied to whether you retain us next year. It is in writing in the engagement letter.

We also do not sell remediation, consulting, readiness services, or software to companies we audit. Selling you a fix for the problem we just measured would disqualify us from measuring it.

What counts as one tool

Separate tools

A resume screener and a video interview scorer are two. Two products from different vendors are two. A screening model and a promotion model are two, because they make different decisions on different populations.

One tool

The same screener configured differently for two job families is one. A single model applied across several requisitions is one. Changing thresholds does not create a second tool, though a material change to the model itself does trigger a re-audit.

It costs less to stay with us

The audit is required every twelve months, and again after any material change to the tool or its data. A re-audit is a full audit, so it resets your twelve month compliance clock.

$4,500
Annual renewal, unchanged tool.
$3,950
Re-audit after a material model change, returning client.
$300
Per tool, if a model change forces a re-audit within 30 days of your original report.

Renewal and re-audit rates are for returning clients, calculated from your original full price audit, not from a previous renewal. New tools added later are priced at the standard rate.

Pricing is per automated employment decision tool. Final scope depends on tool complexity and data availability. Get a fixed quote before you commit, and the quoted number is the number.
